The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) uses the donated funds from REALTORS® to promote the election of pro-REALTOR candidates across the United States, which will also benefit our local home buyers.

The Bedford Board of REALTORS®, Inc. has won the IAR award for Highest Percentage of Contributors for RPAC for the years 2013 and 2014. 58% of the members of the Bedford Board made donations to RPAC in 2014—the highest of 32 boards across the state. The Board members consider their donations to RPAC vital to the interest of consumers in our local area and will continue to strive to support them in years to come.
Representatives from the Bedford Board of REALTORS®, Inc. attended the 2022 IAR Delegation Day on February 21. President Brandi Woods, Vice President Kelly Nicol and AE Susan Sokeland attended seminars which included fair housing and panel discussion with members of the General Assembly. A visit to the statehouse to meet with local representative Chris May ended an interesting and productive day for the board!. The June general membership meeting had Brandi Woods give a presentation on RPAC, with a fundraiser conducted. Thank you for all of the generous donations!.
